Sent the following to each member of the TN Congress:
As a member of the TN Congess I want to plead my case to you for NOT forming a Health Care Exchange according to the so-called mandate being forced upon us, AKA Obama care.
No matter what the POTUS, the Supreme Court and the US Congress says or does the citizens as well as the State of Tennessee have sovereignty which trumps all of the above as guaranteed by our Constitutions.
To be brief an to the point, I personally, most every other Tennessean I come in contact with (over 3,000 on my personal list) and several strong and powerful TN liberty-minded organizations all oppose any form of mandatory health care, period.
The proper course of action is for you and the TN Congress to reject and oppose any Federal entity and those TN officials who have, for whatever motivations, be it lobby money or political power incentives.
If you wish to do something productive regarding better health care for your constituents you can remove the impediments to a free health care market and even provide incentives for privatizing medical services.
A giant step would be to open the market across State lines.
Finally, we are on the brink of the very real "fiscal cliff" which is, in a major way, the result of State and Federal governance literally sucking the citizens' resources dry. Mandatory health care is one huge mistake just like all the other "bubbles" bursting around us.

Right now, in our towns and neighborhoods, policies are being implemented that will ultimately eliminate your freedoms and destroy your way of life. You need to know what’s going on to stop this process. Many town officials are selling us out to global regional development with help from the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI): Local Governments for Sustainability. ICLEI is used as one of the mechanisms to undo the political recognition of unalienable rights.
